If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items back in their original BURGA packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
